OTC BD Manager / Director - Payment Company

Company Background 

The company is a leading cross-border payment company specializing in seamless solutions for e-commerce merchants. It has a global presence and is seeing strong demand for OTC, on-and-off ramp services from its existing client base. They have a number of positions for their OTC BD team in Hong Kong. 

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization and development of its Web3 cross-border payment business, facilitating the implementation and execution of its strategies.
• Analyze application scenarios and global cross-border payment market trends, identify core applications and growth opportunities, and formulate development plans integrating Web3 with payment services.
• Achieve business transaction volume targets, diversify revenue streams through service fees, asset management shares, and other models, and expand application scenarios.
• Drive collaboration with technical and product departments to rapidly iterate business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of sales experience in fintech, payments, or the Web3 industry.
• Existing OTC sales experience is a plus.
• Possession of a resource network in emerging markets is a plus.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to independently drive consortium collaborations.
• Results-oriented, capable of achieving breakthroughs from 0 to 1 in a high-pressure environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to frequent business trips or cross-time zone collaboration.
