Key responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of the Company
  • Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new investors including Web3 treasurers, crypto traders, on chain providers and institutions through a strong personal network as well as Company's resources.
  • Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy
  • Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
  • Represent the company at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as co-ordinate with eco-system partners for referrals.

Requirements

    • Degree in any discipline.
    • 3+ years experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
    • Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
    • Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.
