Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing and Go-to-market strategies and content plans tailored to the projects and target crypto user segments
  • Track and report on key metrics like daily active users, transaction volumes, retention rates
  • Lead the engagement plan with users to help the projects maintain an active presence online.
  • Leverage influencer marketing via Discord, Telegram, Twitter etc. to build awareness in Web3 communities
  • Devise community programs (eg. quests) to help grow social media profile + maintain an engaged community
  • Work closely with product managers, senior management and developers to integrate marketing hooks into dApps.
  • Support layer 1 ecosystem partners on their marketing 

Requirements

  • Prior experience with growth hacking to grow social media for crypto projects or technology projects
  • Good understanding of the crypto markets & its financial instruments
  • Able to pivot approach accordingly based on market trends and or needs
  • Able to understand what the protocol does & subsequently share that information with community members who ask
  • An understanding in SocialGi, GameFi and Defi be a nice to have
  • Fluent in English and working level proficiency in mandarin
  • This is a remote role and the candidate can be based in Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam
