As a Business Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our strategic business unit within the Medical Communications/Medical Marketing Platform. Your entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry will be essential to achieving our sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Consistently exceed revenue targets for your assigned client base and product portfolio.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in healthcare communication projects, including medical educational media, symposium highlights, and patient education.
- Project Management: Oversee the development of projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project deadlines.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication to understand their needs.
- Financial Management: Manage pricing, credit control activities, and sales reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 4-5 years of sales, advertising/graphic agency, or marketing/sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Sales-Oriented: Proven track record of success in sales, with a preference for experience in advertising/graphic agencies and the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Pharmaceutical Science, Science, or a related field.
- Digital Savvy: Experience working with clients on multi-channel communication and engagement is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written, reading, and spoken English.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful, results-oriented, and professional.
