Job Title: Associate Chief of QA

Reporting To: Regional Quality Director
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Associate Chief is a key member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products are manufactured in accordance with the company's strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patient safety and product quality.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). They will be responsible for conducting quality audits, investigating deviations, and releasing batches of product. This role offers excellent potential for career growth, with the opportunity to progress to the position of Chief of Quality Assurance in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure that all pharmaceutical products are manufactured in accordance with GMP and the company's quality standards.
- Investigate deviations from GMP or quality standards and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
- Review and approve batch records to ensure that all manufacturing and testing procedures were followed correctly.
- Release batches of product for commercial sale.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new quality assurance procedures.
- Train and mentor other members of the Quality Assurance team.
- Stay up-to-date on current GMP regulations and industry best practices.
- Compile and maintain quality assurance documentation.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Thai Pharmacist License Required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing site.
- Fluent English
- Strong understanding of GMP and the principles of quality assurance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
