Our Client is a well-established, 5-star rated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic in the heart of Central Bangkok, specializing in holistic health practices and herbal remedies. As a trusted provider of natural health solutions, they also offer a range of high-quality herbal products, health supplements, and cosmetics that support wellness and beauty. The clinic is renowned for its exceptional customer care and personalized treatments, and they are now expanding their product line and outreach to a broader audience.
Therefore, We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and driven Sales Executive to help promote their products and services to the wider community. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, such as gyms, health shops, wellness centers, and retail outlets, as well as managing online content and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion & Sales:
Introduce a range of herbal remedies, health supplements, and cosmetics to businesses, including gyms, health shops, wellness centers, and other relevant retail outlets.
Actively seek new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships to expand their customer base. - Market Research & Event Planning:
Conduct research to identify potential venues for pop-up shops, market events, and other promotional activities.
Analyze costs, logistics, and potential return on investment to ensure effective planning and budgeting for these events. - Online Content & Social Media Management:
Develop and manage engaging content for the clinics website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Line, TIKTOK etc.).
Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through regular updates, promotions, and health-related content aligned with their TCM philosophy. - Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide product knowledge and guidance to businesses and consumers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - Sales Targets & Reporting:
Work towards sales goals and KPIs set by the clinic management, tracking progress, and reporting regularly.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases to monitor trends and forecast future growth. - Promotional Support:
Assist with other marketing and promotional activities as needed, including organizing samples, promotions, and customer incentives.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Open to Thai nationals only.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage, preferably in health, wellness, beauty, or related industries.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Creative and proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest or background in cosmetics, health supplements, traditional medicine, or holistic health practices.
- Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Positive attitude with a passion for health, wellness, and natural remedies.
- Willingness to learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine and the clinics product offerings.
