Key Objectives
Responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing departments to drive growth, maximize revenue, and strengthen brand position. This role involves strategic planning, overseeing the execution of sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and target market. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for both the sales and marketing teams.Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, improve sales effectiveness, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement effective sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and relationship management practices. Manage key client relationships and participate in major sales negotiations to foster client loyalty and increase sales.
- Marketing Leadership: Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and go-to-market plans. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, both digital and traditional. Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, monitor brand health, and measure ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support product launches and promotional activities. Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize customer engagement and conversion. Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition, development, and performance management of sales and marketing teams.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring efficient use of resources. Conduct regular budget reviews, forecast revenue, and report financial performance to the executive team. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards for sales and marketing initiatives.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Implement training programs to enhance skills in sales techniques, digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience. Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback, aligning individual and team goals with company objectives.
Job Qualification
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years in marketing.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and data-drive decision-making skills.
