General Manager (Pharma) - HK&Macau

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Director to spearhead their operations in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, a proven track record of driving business growth, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans, leading cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives in Hong Kong.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts, including product launches, promotions, and market analysis.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
• Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscape.
• Optimize resource allocation and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
• Experience in dermatology or nephrology is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of success in leading and growing a business unit.
• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong and Macau pharmaceutical markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
