Position: Account Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Experience Required: 5-10 years in Healthcare or Advertising Industry
Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating, nurturing, and expanding strong client relationships. Your role will involve maintaining stable client connections, driving growth within existing accounts, and maximizing client engagement across the business network. You will act as a cross-functional team leader, managing medium to large-scale accounts or multiple accounts independently, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. This position reports directly to the Account Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term, healthy client relationships.
  • Support clients in achieving meaningful customer connections through targeted events and programs aligned with their objectives.
  • Translate client needs and vision into actionable business requirements, coordinating with project teams to deliver on expectations.
  • Establish effective day-to-day working relationships with Business Communication Leads.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget and manage invoicing as per contract terms.
  • Accurately transfer key client information to project teams to facilitate effective work scoping.
  • Oversee internal resources for timely project development and delivery.
  • Ensure content quality meets customer expectations and maximizes touchpoints with target audiences to achieve client goals.
  • Manage the seamless execution of planned events and activities by efficiently coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in client relationship development and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to create compelling presentations.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.
