Responsibilities:

• Lead the way, providing comprehensive solutions to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle from initial consultations to system implementation, ongoing operations, and maintenance. Leverage your deep understanding of manufacturing and IT to deliver exceptional value.
• Partner with the sales team on pre-sales activities and proposals. Meet with manufacturing clients to grasp their specific needs, then lead the development and presentation of solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Take ownership of projects as they move forward. Lead the creation of business requirements and design documents, collaborate with development partners, and oversee testing activities. Ensure the highest standards of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) throughout the system engineering process.
• Champion the integration of ERP and digital solutions, driving innovation and efficiency for your clients.
• Coach and mentor your team, empowering them to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Proven experience managing and delivering ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and IoT projects.
• In-depth knowledge of system development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, cutover, support).
• Expertise in leading and organizing testing activities (planning, execution, data collection, bug fixing, quality evaluation).
