Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building high-performing teams? Our client is seeking a results-oriented Sales and Branch Operations Manager to spearhead their expansion efforts in southern Thailand. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing branch operations, and fostering a culture of success.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading MNC in the medical device industry with an extensive array of products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a team of talented individuals
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with distributors to achieve monthly sales objectives through regular performance reviews.
- Oversee branch operations, financial performance, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage operational challenges including product returns, action plan implementation, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance service quality.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment among branch personnel.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of team development and performance management.
- Extensive experience in medical device sales.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and travel frequently.
