Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic planning, development, and commercialization of our cardiovascular and anti-infection products. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and sustained market growth.
Job Requirements:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for cardiovascular and anti-infection products.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Define product positioning, target market segments, and key messaging.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to guide product development from concept through commercialization.
- Ensure products meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Oversee clinical trial design and execution to support product claims and regulatory submissions.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market plans, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Develop and manage product launch plans, timelines, and budgets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Present product updates and strategic plans to senior leadership and external partners.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine product offerings and strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, market share, and financial outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps.
Skills and knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in pharma
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical with a focus on cardiovascular and/or anti-infection products.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical development processes.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
