Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic planning, development, and commercialization of our cardiovascular and anti-infection products. Job Requirements:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for cardiovascular and anti-infection products.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Define product positioning, target market segments, and key messaging.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to guide product development from concept through commercialization.
  • Ensure products meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Oversee clinical trial design and execution to support product claims and regulatory submissions.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market plans, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, timelines, and budgets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
  • Present product updates and strategic plans to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine product offerings and strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, market share, and financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree in pharma
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical with a focus on cardiovascular and/or anti-infection products.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical development processes.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
