Director of Compliance - SEA Cluster

A leading multinational organization operating at the forefront of healthcare and consumer sectors is seeking a Director of Compliance - SEA Clusterto champion ethical excellence and operational integrity across Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar.

What Youll Be Doing

• Act as the regional compliance lead across three key Southeast Asian markets, partnering closely with leadership to design and execute a robust compliance framework.
• Build and cultivate a culture of accountability and integrity through impactful training, communication, and business advisory.
• Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of policies, risk controls, monitoring programs, and internal investigations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, offering business-aligned, risk-based compliance solutions.
• Drive regional compliance initiatives within healthcare and adjacent business units, supporting sustainable and ethical growth.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in Compliance, Audit, Legal, or Risk Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably Healthcare, Life Sciences, or FMCG.
• Leading compliance programs across multiple countries in APAC is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to drive ethical thinking and influence change at all levels.
• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Audit, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE, etc.) are a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
