Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire procurement process with suppliers, ensuring high-quality software development throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also identify and cultivate new local partnerships to drive business growth.
• Gather client requirements, analyze their needs, and propose winning solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies like IoT and ERP systems. Your proposals will set you apart from the competition.
• Provide expert guidance on complex system design, development, and implementation. This includes analyzing requirements, defining architecture, and ensuring seamless integration of various components.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage.
• Streamline internal processes related to system engineering and quality management, while also guiding team members to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading projects across the entire system implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Expertise in various systems including ERP, IoT (production systems, video analysis, AI), and a strong foundation in IT (development, hardware, databases, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive, and independent mindset.
• Adept at managing vendors, customers, and resources.
• The ability to analyze client needs and design comprehensive system specifications.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Self-disciplined and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
