As the Commercial Head, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our business growth across key markets. You'll lead a dynamic team of sales and service professionals, develop winning strategies, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while fostering collaboration across all departments.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage data and insights to monitor sales pipelines, identify growth opportunities, and drive new business acquisition in Southeast Asia.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive commercial plan aligned with company goals to maximize revenue and profitability across Southeast Asia.
- Partner with sales, service, and other relevant departments to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service that exceed customer expectations.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare institutions, research facilities, and industry players.
- Empower and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment across all departments.
- Oversee all customer service initiatives, ensuring exceptional experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Champion continuous improvement, maintaining compliance with regulations and proactively monitoring the competitive landscape.
- Build and strengthen the company's reputation as a trusted partner within the Southeast Asian markets.
What We're Looking For:
- A recognized degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biomedical Science, Life Science, Bioscience, Bioengineering, Biology, Medical Technology).
- At least 8 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales, product management, and business development within the scientific or healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams across various departments.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative and results-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in business tools (CRM, reporting software) is a plus.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
