Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Advisor to join our dynamic team. The Medical Advisor will play a crucial role in providing medical expertise, guidance, and support across various aspects of our digital health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both medical advisory roles and pediatric medicine, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Contribution in Medical Strategy Development:

• Assist in developing medical strategies for relevant product portfolios to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services.
• Regularly update the medical plan to align with changes in the market landscape and significant shifts in business strategy, as needed.

Scientific Stakeholders Management:

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Medical Associations, and Hospitals.
• Ensure top-notch scientific communication with KOLs, responding promptly to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of medical information.
• Assist in conducting scientific activities within designated therapeutic areas for both the Commercial and Account teams.

Scientific Support and Training:

• Aid in the creation of scientific materials for the Commercial team, such as slide decks and active substance content.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field through continuous medical education and disseminate relevant updates to all teams.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local and national regulations for all medical activities to maintain regulatory compliance

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated capability in establishing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare organizations, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and leadership capabilities for driving initiatives.
• Proficiency in analyzing scientific literature.
