Responsibility

Organization Development

  • Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, Townhall and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with line manager and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management, IDP, and succession planning strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Actively promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports staff well-being and increases morale, productivity, and performance via various learning and development approaches or people activities.
  • Handle the employee engagement programs, internal communications, and people activities, collaborating with the line manager, other HR team members, internal communication team members, and all stakeholders to develop and execute strategies.

Learning & Development

  • Identify the requirements for developing and implementing corporate training, which includes setting a training roadmap and conducting product knowledge training.
  • Provide training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.
  • Create and organize talent and leadership development programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities and be responsible for monthly training reports to submit to the Department of Skill Development continuously.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years in HROD/Learning & Development/ Employee Engagement. Direct experience in change management and culture transformation is a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, facilitating, and delivering training programs/workshops.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and organize and prioritize workload independently, working confidently in a standalone role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexible and possess a can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to independently write comprehensive reports and letters and create documents for business use.
  • Good command of English
