Your Role as an IT Senior Application Support:

• Frontline Hero: Provide daily support to end-users in the front, middle, and back office, offering timely solutions to technical challenges.
• Efficiency Architect: Analyze existing business processes, system performance, and data flows. Propose improvements to reduce manual processes and increase automation, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Application Guru: Offer hands-on application support for mission-critical systems, including but not limited to Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain/Planning, Manufacturing, Accounting and Finance, Quality Management System, and Document Management System.
• Problem Sherlock: Troubleshoot and resolve workflow discrepancies, ensuring that data flows smoothly through our systems.
• Documentation Sage: Create and update comprehensive documentation, including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides.
• Collaborative Partner: Collaborate closely with other departments in the implementation of process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
• Knowledge Sharer: Provide user application and process training, empowering our teams to leverage our systems effectively.
• Decision Maker: Make critical decisions in the areas of analysis and problem-solving, ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Vendor Navigator: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring the delivery of quality services and solutions.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Educational Foundation: Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• ERP Expertise: Possess 5+ years of experience as an ERP Consultant (knowledge of Oracle or SAP is an advantage).
• Supply Chain Savvy: Familiarity with Production Planning, Material Planning, and Supply Chain is a plus.
• SQL Scholar: Proficient in SQL syntax, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Tech Toolbox: Required experience with MS Office tools.
• Quality Enthusiast: Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, or PIC/S standards is an advantage.
• Analytical Ace: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on root cause analysis.
• Multi-Tasker: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Service Heart: Possess a service-oriented mindset and maintain a positive attitude.
