Your Mission:

As the Regional BU Head, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth and innovation in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. You will lead a high-performing team, set ambitious targets, and ensure that our sales strategy aligns with our broader business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in expanding our market share, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Oversee the performance of a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Negotiate contracts and manage customer relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medical technology, biomedical engineering, engineering, management studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on laboratory diagnostics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in competitive markets.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
