Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with healthcare customers to understand and map their workflow requirements
• Execute implementation of specialized healthcare software solutions
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions
• Manage and control change management requests
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for software implementations
• Develop innovative solutions within product parameters
• Facilitate successful application implementation phases

Required Experience

• Strong background in hospital billing and revenue cycle management
• Proven experience in software solution implementations, particularly Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a technological mindset
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of achieving positive outcomes across diverse customer groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good proficiency in Thai and English
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
