Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for spearheading the growth of their ethical business within the hospital channel, playing a key role in the launch of exciting new products and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for women's healthcare within the hospital setting.
- Craft and implement a winning brand strategy to differentiate your products and capture market share.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for specific products and product groups, driving awareness and adoption.
- Provide expert technical and product training to both sales teams and healthcare professionals.
- Organize and manage special events to support promotional efforts and achieve territory goals.
- Forge effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Build and maintain an active network of key decision-makers and influencers within the hospital channel.
- Develop and manage yearly sales forecasts and promotional budgets for assigned products.
- Drive achievement of annual sales goals while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with sales personnel to develop impactful promotional activities that meet sales objectives.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with all company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Thai National
- Good English Command
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital channel product management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Results-driven with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Leadership qualities
