Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Possess strong product knowledge, including pathology and consumer habits related to products.
  • Conduct regular market studies and usage and attitudes (U&A) studies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans for assigned products based on brand strategy; devise methods to assess and measure the efficacy of marketing initiatives periodically.
  • Ensure the marketing plan is well understood and accepted by the market development team before implementation. Oversee the execution of marketing and promotional plans.
  • Optimize portfolio and launch plans, manage advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets, and achieve company objectives within the approved timeframe. Collaborate with the market development department to co-create promotional actions.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with the brand manual and Vietnamese law.
  • Organize scientific symposiums, talks, and seminars, including speaker development.
  • Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) related to Hyphens-marketed products, ensuring Hyphens is a preferred partner.
  • Whenever applicable, plan and collaborate with relevant departments to include Hyphens products in treatment guidelines, promoting product growth and securing reimbursement from the Vietnam Ministry of Health (MOH).
  • Work closely with Market Development to achieve company objectives as planned.
  • Gain market insights through field visits and interaction with regional colleagues to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop accurate stock plans and provide feedback on market activities.
  • Coach and train the Market Development team on product knowledge and skills periodically.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned and promote positive teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Medicine and Pharmacy.
  • Essential experience in consumer healthcare brands/business.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of products and the market.
  • Previous experience in cosmeceuticals is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
