MA & CR Manager (Oncology)

Job Responsibility:

• Medical Strategy Planning and Execute (included budget plan, control, and tracking)
• Ensure integration of medical affairs activities into the broader organizational strategy.
• Taking care all related Medical affairs Activities throughout product life cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional and alliance team to ensure medical input into product development, launch, and post-marketing phases.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date medical information to external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including responding to inquiries and requests.
• Develop and implement medical educational programs for internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on scientific and medical advancements relevant to the organization's therapeutic areas.
• Data generation and publication
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with HCPs to gather insights, feedback, and expert opinions relevant to the organization's products.
• Create sponsoring plan and execute sponsorship initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the medical community

Qualification:-

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• At least 2 - 3 year of experiences in relevant clinical research and/or medical affairs in Healthcare industries, if have experience in Oncology is advantage
• Good emotional intelligence
• Good communication skills in spoken and written in English (TOEIC score at least 700)
• Good computer skills
• Actively responsible, well-organized, conflict resolution, customer service, problem solving, well prioritize tasks and able to work independently
• Learning agility, self-development / good intention for good improvement
• Deep understanding of compliance
• Team work skilling and good cross functional collaboration
