Job Title: Compliance Lead - Consumer Health

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Summary:

• Act as the business units subject matter expert (SME) and advisor on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) matters.
• Manage and oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of the companys compliance program within the Consumer Goods (CG) business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business unit to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for the business unit.
• Conduct compliance audits and investigations within the business unit.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations that impact the business units operations.
• Provide guidance and support to the business unit on compliance-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accountancy, Business Studies, or Finance.
• A minimum of 6 years of working experience in a compliance role within the Consumer Goods industry is a plus.
• A relevant compliance, audit, or risk certification (e.g., CCEP, CIA, CPA/CA, CFE, CRM) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English
