Location: Bangpu (15mins taxi ride from BTS Kheha)
Reports to: Managing Director
Summary:
Our client is the pharma manufacturing multinational company. This role will be working at the manufacture site in Bangpu. The HR Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations of the company, including recruiting and hiring, onboarding and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The HR Specialist will also work with the Managing Director to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and hiring: Develop and execute recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Onboarding and training: Develop and deliver onboarding programs, orient new employees to the company's culture and policies, and provide training on job-related skills.
- Performance management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to employees.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
- Employee relations: Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, investigating complaints, and mediating disputes.
Qualifications:
- 4 years or more in HR system administration
- Good and organized mindset, ability to manage a system related to procedures
- Comfortable using digital tools such as HRIS (i.e. People Soft) as well as good practice skills of Excel
- Minimum BSc (general administration or HR management preferred)
- IT basic competences
- Professional English level at least (both written and verbal, ability to hold professional discussion and meeting with Corporate team)
