The Opportunity:
As the HR Manager, youll act as a strategic partner to the Country Head and leadership team while ensuring operational excellence. Youll manage a small HR team and oversee recruitment, employee engagement, development, and compliancedriving both people performance and business impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR operations and compliance in Thailand
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to local leaders on people strategy
- Drive performance management, talent development & succession planning
- Improve HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and lead HR reporting
- Support strategic hiring and resolve employee relations issues professionally
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in HR or Business Administration
- 7-10 years of broad HR experience, with a generalist or HRBP background
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a must
- Strong capabilities in performance management, L&D, and C&B
- Fluent in English and Thai language
- Business-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and culturally sensitive
