The Opportunity:

As the HR Manager, youll act as a strategic partner to the Country Head and leadership team while ensuring operational excellence. Youll manage a small HR team and oversee recruitment, employee engagement, development, and compliancedriving both people performance and business impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR operations and compliance in Thailand
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to local leaders on people strategy
• Drive performance management, talent development & succession planning
• Improve HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and lead HR reporting
• Support strategic hiring and resolve employee relations issues professionally

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in HR or Business Administration
• 7-10 years of broad HR experience, with a generalist or HRBP background
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a must
• Strong capabilities in performance management, L&D, and C&B
• Fluent in English and Thai language
• Business-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and culturally sensitive
