About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the women's health market, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
    • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Market Development:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
    • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Business Development:
    • Negotiate and close deals with key accounts and distributors.
    • Develop and manage key customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Management:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement effective sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
