About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the women's health market, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Market Development:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Business Development:
- Negotiate and close deals with key accounts and distributors.
- Develop and manage key customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Performance Management:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement effective sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales, with a strong focus on women's health products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine healthcare market, including regulatory landscape and distribution channels.
