Responsibilities:

• Partner Powerhouse: Manage supplier agreements, ensure high-quality software development throughout the lifecycle, and identify new local partners to fuel business growth.
• Customer Champion: Gather client requirements, design winning proposals that surpass the competition, and introduce them to cutting-edge solutions like IoT and ERP systems.
• Project Maestro: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage.
• Internal Impact: Streamline internal processes, elevate quality management, and guide team members to achieve assigned targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience across the entire system implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Expertise in various systems like ERP, IoT (production systems, video analysis, AI), and a strong foundation in IT (development, hardware, databases, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive, and independent mindset.
• Adept at managing vendors, customers, and resources.
• The ability to analyze client needs and design comprehensive system specifications.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Self-disciplined and results-oriented, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
