Technical Lead Navision

A leading company is looking for a Technical Lead Navision / Senior Developer, who will be responsible for technically and functionally leading the evolution of Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central, ensuring its proper operation, alignment with business needs, and continuous improvement of the platform.

What will you do in this role?

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements from ERP user areas.

• Propose and implement technical solutions that optimize the use of Navision Business Central, ensuring alignment with the companys operational needs.

• Provide user support, resolving incidents and promoting best practices in ERP usage.

• Maintain and evolve the ERP platform, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.

• Actively participate in the migration of Navision Business Central from on-premises to SaaS, ensuring an efficient and seamless transition.

• Implement monitoring and preventive maintenance mechanisms to ensure proper platform operation.

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper integration of the ERP with other key company systems.

• Design and deliver user training plans to maximize ERP adoption and efficiency.

What requirements do you need?

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• More than 5 years of experience in similar roles.

• Solid experience in the administration and evolution of MS Navision / Business Central, in both on-premises and SaaS environments.

• More than 5 years of experience programming in C/AL and/or AL.

• Strong background in ERP consulting and requirements gathering, with the ability to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.

• Experience in user support and problem resolution, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience in Navision BC on-premises to SaaS migration projects is highly valued.

• Ability to manage the platform, define preventive monitoring, and ensure its operability.

• Strong communication skills to train and support users in optimal ERP usage.

• Organized, proactive, responsible profile with results-oriented mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience customizing ERPs in industrial environments, especially automotive.

• Knowledge of Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse modules in Business Central.
