What will you do in this position?

• Master the Regional P&L: You will lead the "Global Program P&L" in lockstep with the Controlling team to justify variances and drive profitability.
• Navigate Complex Governance: Oversee the critical Change Request (CR) process, ensuring every technical shift maintains legal and financial integrity.
• Orchestrate Crisis Resolution: When mission-critical roadblocks arise, youll "deep-dive" into technical challenges to lead resolution teams and mitigate risks.

To successfully fulfill this position, it is vital that you bring the following expertise:

What should you have previously?

• Senior Leadership Track: 8+ years in Program Management with at least 3 years successfully leading other Program Managers.
• Contractual Mastery: A proven track record managing the nuances of both Public and Private sector contracts.
• Regulatory Sharpness: Deep understanding of Multi-country compliance, including Data Protection (GDPR/Local) and Cybersecurity standards.
• Linguistic Excellence: Absolute fluency in English (C2) and Spanish is mandatory to negotiate at the highest levels.
