Trader For Concentrates

A leading multinational company in home appliances and electronics is looking for a Trader for Concentrates, based in Lima, Peru, who will be responsible for purchasing and monitoring price trends, as well as supply and demand of mineral concentrates.

What will you do in this position? 

• Management of sales plan in the concentrates business for the products indicated by the company.
• Evaluate, create and search for new businesses or business models.
• Candidate will be responsible for sales (includes visiting customers in Lima and abroad).
• Management of mineral concentrates contracts, shipping documents management, sales billing, data management, corporate culture and communication.
• Researches and updates import/export statistics of minerals items as market intelligence for Lima Subsidiary and report to our Head Quarter in Korea.
• Ensure a good business relationship with current and new clients.
• Contribute to the achievement of goals and action plan for Lima subsidiary concentrates business.

What should you have beforehand?

• Graduated / Majored in Industrial engineering, International Business Administration, Administration and Economist.
• At least 6 years of experience in concentrate trading (copper, lead, zinc, gold and silver).
• Experience in logistics, sales and commerce.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Advance).
• Proficient in MS Office (excel, word, power point).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to travel outside and within the country.
