Manager

We are looking for a Manager for an exclusive Paddle Club located on Long Island. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the club, overseeing daily operations, leading a passionate team and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role?

Lead operations, manage the team, create exceptional member experiences, and much more. We are looking for someone committed, who wants to bring their energy and leadership to make the club a benchmark in the area.

What will you do in this position?

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club and ensure that the facilities are kept in top condition.
• Manage local staff (full-time workers and coaches) and foster a positive work environment.
• Build relationships with the community and customers, organizing events and ensuring an exceptional experience for all.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations.
• Act as liaison between the remote team and US operations.
• Oversee club revenue and expenses, assisting with financial planning.
• Implement local marketing and promotional strategies.
• Support the coach in the organization of sports activities and events.

What should you have?

• 2+ years experience in business administration, management or customer focused roles.
• Experience as a regular racquet sports player (preferred).
• Knowledge of the local market on Long Island (preferred).
• Basic operational and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in reservation and membership software.
• Sales and marketing skills.
• Availability for full time with flexibility for extended hours.
• Residency on Long Island or nearby areas.
