Sr Construction Project Manager

What will you do in this position?

As a Construction Project Manager in the concrete restoration industry, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives and overseeing construction projects. Your main tasks will include:

• Construction Management: Interpret construction plans to develop and coordinate effective project plans, overseeing and guiding crew coordination, and problem-solving efficiently.

• Technical Proficiency: Utilize tools like Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and technological tools such as video conferencing and software to enhance project efficiency.

• Leadership & Executive Presence: Solve problems creatively, keep projects on time, and represent the company during meetings, inspections, and site visits with clients, property managers, engineers, and homeowner associations.

• Bid Preparation: Perform quantity takeoffs, estimating, and interpreting engineering drawings to create competitive and accurate bids.

• Sales & Client Management: Maintain relationships with clients, property managers, engineers, and homeowner associations, and prepare bids and proposals.

What should you have previously?

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, especially in concrete restoration.

• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in reading construction plans, estimating, and solid knowledge of concrete restoration techniques and processes.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

• Technological Skills: Comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly adopt new tools.

• Sales Management: Experience in preparing proposals and managing client relationships.
