ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

A leading company is looking for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), who will be responsible for leading the technical architecture of the clients ServiceNow platform, ensuring its integrity, proper governance, best practices adoption, and continuous technological evolution in highly complex environments.

What will you do in this role?

• Define and lead the global technological evolution strategy of the ServiceNow platform.
• Establish and manage platform governance (CoEI), ensuring a clear architecture, centralized core data management, and development standards.
• Act as the main technical point of contact with client business areas and technology providers.
• Guide, supervise, and support internal technical teams, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture.
• Review requirements and assess the impact of new demands to maintain platform integrity, quality, and scalability.
• Manage the ServiceNow platform, including instance governance, upgrades, security, integrations, performance monitoring, and release management.
• Track and manage complex cases with the vendor through Now Support.
• Drive global automation initiatives and promote continuous innovation across the platform.

What requirements do you need?

• Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification – MANDATORY.
• Proven experience working as a CTA on large-scale, complex projects, preferably in consulting environments or large enterprises.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as:

• ITSM
• SPM
• Legal Service Delivery
• ITOM
• SECOPS
• GRC
• WSD
• Strong experience in platform governance and administration: instance management, upgrades, security, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict management, teamwork, organizational, and internal customer–oriented skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Spanish: Fluent (mandatory).
• English: Fluent technical English for direct communication with the vendor (ServiceNow).
