We are looking for an ION Trading Tester (Manual Testing) to join our team in Madrid. The selected candidate will participate in technology projects within financial and FinTech environments, ensuring the quality, stability, and continuous evolution of ION Trading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios aligned with the latest software releases.

• Monitor test execution and resolve issues during the testing process.

• Document test evidence, defects, and anomalies in a clear and structured manner.

• Contribute to the improvement and expansion of the testing framework (keyword library).

• Collaborate with agile teams under the Scrum methodology, using JIRA.

• Actively participate in banking, FinTech, or related industry environments.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in manual testing.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Regular use of JIRA.

• Previous experience in banking, FinTech, or financial environments.

• English level B2 (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Experience with CI workflows and tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket.

• Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks: Gherkin, Cucumber, Test Manager, Behave, JUnit, Robot Framework, ITAS.

• Programming skills in Python and/or Java.

• Good command of SQL.

• Experience with databases and data formats such as XML and JSON.

• Ability to analyze and understand logs.

• Previous experience with ION Trading or similar platforms.
