What will you do in this position?

You will be the HR Specialist / HR Generalist responsible for leading HR operations and recruitment in Bogotá, supporting the Colombia team while partnering closely with U.S. stakeholders. You will ensure a smooth, high-quality employee experience and contribute to broader HR initiatives across the global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for the Bogotá office and Colombia-based employees.
  • Work on-site in Bogotá as needed to support operations, engagement and HR requests.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting in Bogotá: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and closing.
  • Support HR initiatives and day-to-day needs for the U.S. office.

  • Contribute to global HR programs, culture initiatives, policies and internal communications.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, benefits coordination, compliance and HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, reporting and documentation.

  • Foster effective communication between local and global teams.

  • Report directly to the Global/Head of HR.

What should you have prior to joining?

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally in multinational, global or fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven experience leading recruitment processes end-to-end.

  • Advanced English proficiency written and spoken (must-have).

  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

  • High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural, remote and global teams.
  • Availability to work on-site in Bogotá when required.

The company is finalizing the setup of its Colombia entity. During this period, employees will be hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) while fully representing and working for the company. Candidates must be comfortable with this arrangement.
