Part-time Recruiter (Call Center Agents/ "Operational staff")
For my client rapidly growing FinTech we are seeking an experienced Part-time Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts for call center agents and frontline staff.
The ideal candidate will have a background in BPO or call center environments and will be skilled in sourcing and selecting candidates for agent roles. This position offers the opportunity to work flexible hours while helping to build a strong team of call center professionals.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Previous experience in BPO, call center recruitment, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with high-volume recruitment and the ability to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Ability to work in a time zone similar to Mexico.

Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Implement a monthly hiring plan to recruit between 10-15 agents or other operational staff.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for call center agents, delivery drivers, and other operational staff, from sourcing candidates to their first day at work.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
