For my client rapidly growing FinTech start-up operating across three countries in Europe and Asia we are searching a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist in CDMX who will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join the Mexican team and drive the company's growth.

The Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition to recruitment, you will also manage day-to-day office routines, plan and execute company events, and manage employee benefits.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Previous experience in mass recruitment
  • A strong background in #recruitment, with a track record of identifying and attracting top talent.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources and/or office management.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience resolving employee conflict.
  • The ability to work independently and a willingness to wear multiple hats and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on results and a commitment to openness and honesty in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Previous experience in BPO like TPSS, Qualfon, etc a is a plus.
  • Experience in start-ups, FinTech, IT or related fields would be advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • Familiar with HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, compliance, and related areas.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for building a successful start-up and driving the growth of a New Mexican FinTech leader.

Your main duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  1. Develop effective recruitment strategies (5-7 positions monthly).
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  3. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.

Office Management:

  1. Establish and manage day-to-day office routines, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
  2. Plan and execute company events, including offsites, to promote team building and employee engagement.
  3. Manage benefits and keep employees informed and acknowledged.

Other:

Please note that this is a start-up, and you will report directly to the CEO. You will be expected to give 150% effort.
