For my client, a rapidly growing international FinTech dedicated to revolutionizing financial services in Mexico, we are searching for an experienced visionary Strategic HR Business Partner to fuel their remarkable growth.

You will demonstrate proven leadership qualities, experience in international companies, and a successful track record in high-volume recruitment (100+ hires monthly). Your expertise in process building, optimization, and a solid sales background will be critical in driving organizational growth and operational excellence in this dynamic, technology-driven ecosystem.

4. Lead process-building initiatives, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and integrate industry best practices to enhance recruitment and operational outcomes.
5. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to harmonize talent strategies with the companys overarching goals, ensuring that recruitment efforts directly contribute to global expansion plans.
