Overview
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Officer with strong expertise in TikTok and solid experience in Facebook marketing. This role is responsible for planning and executing campaigns, producing trend-driven content, and driving growth through both paid and organic strategies across TikTok and Facebook.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid and organic campaigns across TikTok and Facebook, ensuring strategies align with growth and engagement goals.
- Create, test, and optimize content, hooks, and creatives tailored for short-form, trend-led formats (TikTok, Facebook Reels, Stories).
- Oversee content calendars and ensure consistent posting, engagement, and community growth across both platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance data (TikTok Analytics, Meta Insights, Google Analytics) to extract insights and refine strategies.
- Report campaign results to stakeholders and recommend actions to maximize ROI and platform impact.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for TikTok and Facebook to keep campaigns competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with strong expertise in TikTok and proven experience on Facebook.
- Demonstrated success running paid campaigns across platforms.
- Strong portfolio highlighting TikTok and Facebook campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience with international clients/time zones is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager with hands-on experience in:
- Spark Ads
- GMV Max campaigns
- Auction Ads
Nice to Have
- Experience managing affiliate and creator partnerships for TikTok and Facebook.
- Strong network of creators/affiliates.
- Background in scaling both organic and paid campaigns.
- Video-first creative strategy experience.
