Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for Tito Solutions Philippines Inc clients' Facebook and Instagram. This role will oversee content creation, community engagement, and the management of analytics to ensure high visibility and growth across social platforms of Tito Solutions Philippines Inc clients. The Social Media Manager will also work closely with the social media team to align social content with broader business objectives of their assigned clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for clients
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure a steady flow of posts
  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights for optimization
  • Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines and complies with Facebook and Instagram resolution standards.
  • Conduct client facing activities that are primarily focused on clients objectives and queries.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Suite and Instagram tools
  • Understanding of social media advertising (FB Ads Manager, IG promotions)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite)
  • Able to manage social media marketing team

Nice to have

Experience in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences
  • Creativity and an eye for detail in social media posts and content
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social accounts
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram platforms for business
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
  • Willing to work with US time-based clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
