Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform both video content targeting and SEO strategy.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging, thumbnails, and titles with best practices.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS) and implement A/B tests to improve performance.
Optimize video content, metadata, and descriptions for organic YouTube and Google search visibility.
Stay up to date with YouTube algorithm changes, ad platform features, and SEO trends.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience running YouTube Ads (Google Ads backend)
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keyword strategy. metadata optimization)
Proven ability to manage ad budgets effectively and report on campaign ROI
Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and YouTube Studio
Strategic mindset and ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience scaling YouTube campaigns for info products or service-based businesses
Familiarity with funnel optimization and retargeting on YouTube
Knowledge in video editing or content scripting for ads (not required, but helpful)
