Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with solid experience using Go High Level (GHL) to support our operational and marketing workflows. This role goes beyond admin tasksyou will collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives, manage CRM pipelines, execute automations, and monitor platform performance to provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

Go High Level (GHL) Management:

  • Build, launch, and optimize automations, workflows, pipelines, triggers, forms, and funnels
  • Manage email and SMS campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and follow-up sequences
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and segmentation for targeted outreach
  • Set up and manage GHL calendars and appointment reminders

Marketing Support & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and growth initiatives using GHL.
  • Provide ongoing insights, performance monitoring, and reports using GHL analytics.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations for better lead flow and client engagement.

General Administrative & Client Support:

  • Coordinate client onboarding and follow-ups using pre-built GHL workflows
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and track communications
  • Assist with SOP documentation, reporting, and campaign asset organization

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of direct hands-on experience with Go High Level.
  • Solid understanding of CRM, sales pipelines, automation logic, and campaign structures.
  • Experience in collaborating with marketing or sales teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and tech-savvy.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Knowledge in marketing funnels, lead scoring, and list segmentation
  • Basic content creation (e.g., Canva, Loom for walkthroughs)
  • Experience analyzing campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion rates) to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with ad campaign workflows (Facebook Ads, Google Ads integrations)
