What You’ll Do
As Creative Director at Tito Solutions, you’ll lead the development of impactful creative work across platforms from concept to production. You’ll own the direction and delivery of branding services and video editing services, ensuring consistency, originality, and client satisfaction. This role requires both visionary leadership and hands-on creative involvement, including direct engagement with clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative team (designers, editors, copywriters) to deliver high-quality visual assets, branded content, and digital campaigns.
- Own the creative execution of both branding services (visual identity systems, brand guidelines, messaging frameworks) and video editing services (short-form, long-form, ads, reels).
- Oversee brand development for internal projects and client campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.
- Actively participate in client-facing activities, including strategy calls, creative presentations, and revision discussions.
- Edit video content across all required formats and platforms, including client presentations, explainer videos, social media content, internal training materials, and campaign assets ensuring high-quality storytelling, visual consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Translate business objectives into creative solutions that are visually striking, on-brand, and results-driven.
- Drive ideation and innovation, ensuring originality, clarity, and effectiveness in all creative outputs.
- Mentor and inspire the creative team through clear feedback, creative reviews, and personal development guidance.
- Manage workflows and timelines across multiple projects, keeping deliverables on schedule and aligned with quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of storytelling, visual cohesion, and brand integrity across all media types.
- Stay updated with trends in branding, video content, digital design, and creative tech.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of creative leadership experience, with a portfolio showcasing both branding and video work.
- Strong background in managing multidisciplinary creative teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing settings.
- Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience developing brand identities from scratch and directing video content from scripting to final edit.
- Confidence to make creative decisions and guide clients through the creative process.
- A balance of creative vision, operational discipline, and strategic thinking
