We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our creative team, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery of projects, and seamless cross-regional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and oversee a team of 8 multidisciplinary staff, including:
- 2 Video Editors & Motion Graphics Producers
- 1 Website Developer
- 1 Graphic Designer & Web Designer
- 1 Website, Social Media & Content Manager
- 1 Digital Marketing Specialist
- 1 Translations Specialist
- Conduct regular check-ins with all team members to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and foster a positive, productive working environment.
- Scale management approaches as the team grows, effectively onboarding and delegating tasks to new staff as needed.
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple ongoing projects from conception to delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient workflow systems to keep the team organized and on schedule.
- Assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring each team member understands responsibilities and timelines.
- Monitor deadlines closely and take proactive steps to address delays or obstacles.
- Utilize project management tools such as Slack, Trello, and Monday.com to organize work, communicate updates, and maintain transparency.
Communication & Reporting
- Report directly to Lineage Management teams across England, USA, and Australia.
- Attend weekly virtual meetings with the management team to discuss progress, priorities, challenges, and upcoming deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver written monthly project status reports summarizing team progress, timelines, risks, and next steps.
- Facilitate communication between international leadership and the creative team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain excellent internal communication with all staff to support effective project execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in media, digital content, or creative industries.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse, remote, or international teams.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Slack, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Must be comfortable adhering to the company's principle and culture.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fully proficient in English.
