ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation / Appointment Setter to engage with potential clients, respond to inquiries, and book qualified discovery calls for our Business Development team. The role focuses on managing conversations across social media, SMS, email, and phone, and converting them into scheduled appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate conversations with prospects through Facebook, Instagram, SMS, and email.

Respond to page inquiries and convert leads into booked meetings.

Conduct simple outreach to warm and cold prospects.

Qualify potential clients based on basic criteria.

Schedule calls and send follow-up reminders to improve show-up rates.

Maintain accurate updates in trackers or CRM.

Coordinate daily with the Business Development team on priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in lead generation, customer service, or appointment setting.

Strong communication in English and Filipino.

Comfortable handling multiple conversations across platforms.

Organized and consistent with documentation and follow-ups.
