About the job Management Trainee Program

As a Management Trainee, you will assist our leaders and will be trained in the full suite of restaurant operations, including manpower planning, stock control, quality control, counter & coffee operations, people management and excellent customer service delivery.
As part of the 12-month training program, new recruits typically spend six months learning the basics of outlet operations. Once they master the workings of key positions in the outlet, they are given increasing levels of responsibility and training in preparation to take the next step in their career. Each level of learning involves an extensive training sequence conducted both in our academy and in operations. At the end of the 12-month program, trainees receive a completion bonus.
We offer our world class coffee academy courses by our in-house roastery team to our baristas and service crew to build our teams' knowledge. Being part of the Spa Esprit Group, there is the opportunity for promotion and growth across the company to our sister restaurant brands or to join our bakery or roastery team.
