· Industry background: Courier / Last-Mile Delivery / Supply chain industry
· Total professional experience: 7-10 years
Location: the person that we are looking for should be located in Madrid or Barcelona.
Professional Experience
· Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally.
· Successfully managed complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development.
· Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C/B2B).
· Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management. Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc)
· Strong background in consultative selling and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
· Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.
Possible career paths:
1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead/manager (small team: 24 people).
2. Or still acts as an individual contributor, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.
Technical & IT Skills
· Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including:
o Carrier APIs
o eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
o IT logistics systems (WMS/OMS/ERP)
· Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.
Languages
· Spanish & Italian either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experience
· English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
