Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our B2B sales team. As a native German speaker with fluent English proficiency, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Germany and other German-speaking regions. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities within the fashion and cosmetics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with B2B clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and prospecting.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with fluent English language skills. Fluent Spanish would be great.
  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role, preferably within the fashion or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
