Project Manager (eventos)

Our client, a comprehensive technical production service company, is looking for a candidate that will be responsible for managing the technical production services and preparing customized offers for different clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage requests for technical production services, providing guidance to clients and preparing customized offers.
• Offer technical advice to clients and draft proposals tailored to their needs.
• Ensure thorough follow-up on projects, overseeing their successful execution.
• Occasionally attend in-person events and client meetings as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the AV sector (sound, lighting, video).
• Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages, especially German, is a plus.
• Sociable, empathetic individual with the ability to adapt to diverse environments and stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with clear communication skills (both oral and written) and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a project department.
